My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. I’ve been working as a qualified Yoga Teacher in the Vancouver area, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.  


Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to embrace that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I share my knowledge and passion for yoga philosophy, fitness and wellness in each of my classes.  Be ready to enjoy smooth, energizing yoga sequences developed to strengthen, tone, and increase your self-awareness and mastery of dropping into your body and renewing your spirit.

Find your own personal flow with dedicated one-to-one sessions. Whether to support a current rehabilitation program, or to focus on a dedicated practice; mix occupational therapy and yogic practice together to meet your needs.
