A Little More About Me

Connect with Your Inner Peace

I first found yoga in 2002 and the physicality of the practice caught my interest right away! After qualifying as an occupational therapist in 2003 from the University of Alberta, my wanderlust enticed me to live and work in London, England for over a decade. There I indulged in experiencing the cultures and sights of Europe, along with growing my joy for yoga, fitness and teaching others. Returning to Canada in 2017, I continued to seek out opportunities to broaden my yoga practice and understanding of teaching yoga, by completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, Indonesia.

 

With a fun and energetic approach, I bring a bubbly energy to all my classes. Blending a foundation of functional body movement, anatomy, and fitness into every class; asana classes are dynamic, fun, and inclusive for students of all levels and abilities. 

Yoga is about being present in the moment.  One conscious breath will change your state - immediately.
